Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Pressurise agrees to provide pressure cleaning, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and deck restoration services to the Client at the premises specified by the Client. The scope of work will be as agreed upon and stated in the quotation.
2. Pricing and payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the Services.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfers (EFT).
If purchase order numbers are required for invoicing, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide this information prior to service commencement.
3. Client responsibilities
The Client must be present at the beginning and end of the service for final approval and payment. Alternatively, permission may be given via email, phone or text by the client for services to commence.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed tightly to prevent water intrusion.
The work area must be cleared of personal items, furniture, vehicles, and sensitive materials.
Pets and children should be kept indoors during the cleaning process.
The Client must provide access to a functioning water tap.
4. Service exclusions and limitations
Pressurise is not responsible for water intrusion due to pre-existing conditions such as poor seals, cracks, or improper waterproofing.
Removal of stubborn stains, building materials, or other substances not typically addressed by standard cleaning may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, rotting wood, improperly installed fixtures, or surfaces in poor condition.
5. Property damage
Pressurise will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property.
Any potential damage must be reported within 12 hours of service completion.
We reserve the right to inspect reported damage within 3 days and, if found to be a result of our negligence, will repair or contract repairs at our discretion.
6. Pressure cleaning service outcomes
Pressure cleaning may reveal faded aspects or pre-existing flaws in surfaces.
Pre-existing damages such as chips and cracks cannot be fixed by Pressurise.
Some stains may not be removable through standard cleaning methods.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or discolouration.
7. Soft washing
Soft washing may reveal faded aspects or pre-existing flaws in surfaces.
Some stains may not be removable through standard cleaning methods.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or discolouration.
8. Gutter cleaning
Our standard gutter cleaning service includes debris removal and flushing of downpipes where necessary.
We are not responsible for pre-existing blockages that cannot be cleared through standard methods.
Rusted and damaged areas are not covered by our gutter cleaning service. Excessive damages will be brought to the attention of the owner.
9. Deck restoration
The outcome of deck restoration services may vary depending on the condition of the deck. Timber is a changing product and is susceptible to damage from organics, weathering, sun and moisture. This will be discussed at the time of the quote.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of deep-set stains or the repair of structural issues.
10. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a fee of 10%
If a cancelation must occur because of weather, a rescheduling will be arranged at the soonest mutually agreeable date.
11. Liability
Pressurise is a fully licensed and insured business.
If damage is caused by Pressurise or any of its staff, this will be rectified by Pressurise as soon as possible.
If the damages can not be adequately repaired by Pressurise, the cost of the services provided to repair the damages will be covered by Pressurise.
12. Personal items
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all valuables and personal items are securely stored in a safe location. Our team will not relocate any personal items without the client’s presence. In the event that the client is unavailable or has not provided written consent for the movement of items, we will suspend work until the client is present.
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. Pressurise reserves the right to modify these terms, with the most current version available upon request.
